Growing Instructions
The seeds require 6 weeks hot stratification. Sow directly on the surface of your moist but not soaked soil mix (preferably 1 part sphagnum moss and 1 part perlite or sand). Do not cover them with any medium, the seeds are really tiny. After hot stratification, somewhat uncover the top of the pot, so that moisture and heat drop a little. Place the pot in an area with real nice strong light and keep the temperature around 20°C/68°F.
When you see some tiny plants starting to sprout, slowly open the top of the pot, a little each day, so that the new seedlings don't go into shock from the humidity being lowered too quickly. After hot stratification, germination usually occurs in 1-3 months, but it can be prolonged up to several months, depending on their degree of unbroken dormancy, don't give up. Be very gentle with the new seedlings, not to destroy anything, it is very tiny. Make sure that it gets good air circulation.

Put the pots with seeds in plastic ziplock bags under but not too close to florescent lights. A temperature around 25°C / 76°F works best. Make sure to check the seeds often. Great colors and sounds for your little one!
Format: Hardcover
This is a sweet little book. Spoiler Alert: the Hungry Little Caterpillar makes a cameo! My granddaughter is 18 mos and is able finally able to push the buttons hard enough to play. There are lots of different forest and farm animal sounds, even special music and sounds for the bugs and butterflies. The animal sounds are clear and accurate for the most part, and our favorite is to make the sounds with her. She loves books, and this keeps her attention mostly because of the bright colors. The book is still a little large for her to carry very far on her own, but she manages to turn the pages on her own without a problem. Great for a grandma's library of reading books for the grandkids.

Kept Her Attention Immediately

I bought this for my niece’s little daughter, and she absolutely loved it.
She played with it, looked through it over and over, and was completely engaged with it, which honestly says everything. Keeping a little child’s attention is not always easy, so I was very impressed with how much she enjoyed it.
The quality is excellent too — very vibrant, colorful, durable, and beautifully made. It feels sturdy enough to hold up well with little hands while still being attractive and fun to look at.
